Delivery area
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Our company and authorized return address are in France; this address does not identify the dispatch origin of an individual shipment.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order within our delivery area. No express shipping service is offered.
Processing and transit
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined processing and transit is approximately 4–6 business days; these are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order cutoff
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. For an order placed before the cutoff on a business day, that day is the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays start on the next business day.

Delays and delivery concerns
