Products and descriptions
Our collection consists of non-prescription fashion eyewear. Product pages describe each frame, lens appearance, color and dimensions. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. These products are not described as safety eyewear; no UV, polarization, impact-resistance or driving-performance claims are made.
Prices and charges
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Standard shipping within the stated delivery area is free. The checkout tax amount is $0.00; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt. Review the item quantities and total before authorizing payment.
Payment authorization
When submitting a payment, you authorize collection of the displayed total through the payment method offered at checkout. Payment must be confirmed through the applicable payment service. A failed or incomplete payment does not establish a completed purchase.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance. A payment authorization alone does not establish order acceptance. If there is a problem affecting your purchase, contact us so it can be reviewed.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined processing and transit is approximately 4–6 business days; these are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. For an order placed before the cutoff on a business day, that day is the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays start on the next business day. Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
